ReSOLVE benchmarking upload link to HouseMark!

On 26th October HouseMark launched a new benchmarking service for general complaints which will include over 100 performance indicators. We are in the process of developing ReSOLVE to operate in exactly the same way as ReACT with an automatic upload of the benchmarking statistics to the HouseMark website  saving valuable staff time in manually compiling this information.

If you use ReACT, you may have heard of ReSOLVE. Using similar case managment functionality, ReSOLVE manages general complaints from initial dissatisfaction right through to Housing Ombudsman referrals. The system also handles compensation payments and compliments.

HouseMark are to arrange a series of Workshops in January and February to explain the growing importance of PI`s for general complaints at which ReSOLVE will be available to preview.
