ReACT
With over 90 housing organisations and over 1,000 users, ReACT is the specialist anti social behaviour case management system of choice for a growing number of social landlords.
ReACT has an active User Group and is fully supported by Electronic Business Systems (EBS) with regular upgrades to reflect operational and legislative changes.
ReACT is available on the basis of concurrent users (simply the number of authorised users logged on and using the system at any one time). There is no upper limit to the number of concurrent users and the number can be increased at any time.
As a direct result of the partnership with HouseMark and the Social Landlords Crime and Nuisance Group, ReACT now manages the performance measurement requirements of the Respect Standard for Housing Management Performance Improvement Toolkit and the HouseMark Anti Social Behaviour Benchmarking information. (Please note that the benchmarking information will be exclusive to HouseMark subscribers)

Package: The package price includes installation on an SQL server (not included), with operator and administrator training and manuals. Crystal Report Writer or ReVIEW are functionality as optional extras. After year one, support becomes subscription based and is dependent on the number of users.
Spec: Requires Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a minimum. Alternatively, the software can be hosted by EBS.
