Who we are

Originally designed and developed in conjunction with The Community Housing Group, ReACT began as a dedicated software solution for anti-social behaviour. Over the past decade the ReACT product suite now has a firm grip within the social housing industry. ReACT is a division of Electronic Business Systems – founded in 1980 as one of the first holistic IT companies in the West Midlands. Since then, we have installed over 1000 systems UK-wide, with clients ranging from Cornwall to Durham.

With over 100 sites consisting of Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords throughout the country, ReACT has continued to evolve with changes in legislation, client requirements and technology advances. ReACT 4 is the latest version developed with Microsoft Silverlight Technology and incorporating the key changes in ASB legislation.

Where we are based

The ReACT and ReSOLVE (including support) can be found at the EBS offices in Birmingham, close to the M5 and M6.  We operate throughout the UK, with our account managers and consultants making regular trips to visit customers.
